On-staff professional engineers design BigLug Trailers using computer modeling programs with extensive field-testing. Quality is maintained from weldments to finished assemblies to careful inspection of each and every trailer we make. All manufacturing processes from fabrication to painting and assembly are housed within our 120,000 sq. ft. plant.
